Have you guys heard of Rickshaw design? Its a hand block printed textile company that makes the most beautiful tunics, bedding, and baby clothes. The founder and designer Catherine Fizsimmons travels to India every year to get inspiration for her latest collection. The vibrant colors and light flowy fabric just scream spring to me!

I've always loved lions, I'm a leo what can I say! But lately these beautiful lion pictures have made me love them even more. And the beautiful leo necklace from Maya Brenner really seals the deal for me. Take me to South Africa!

In Honor of Spring Break

I have definitely fallen off the blogging bandwagon of late. Seeing as it's spring break I am making it a little personal goal to get back to blogging, especially because I want to feed my creativity a little more. I've been saving all these pictures and ideas on my computer so its not like I'm at a lack for material.

So, for my first post back I'm going to share some random musings and inspirations I've had of late. Get excited!!

These are two of the books I've been perusing recently. I've taken some Physique 57 classes and really loved them, I wanted the book to help be figure out correct form and inspire my everyday workouts. And Gwyneth is obviously a constant inspiration for me, I'm hoping to cook some of her recipes in the next few weeks.

I made this delicious looking smoothie this morning as some pre running fuel. 

I know I'm late to the game with this song, but I love it. I've had it on repeat anytime I'm driving.

And finally, I woke up this morning and it seems like spring has sprung (I'm trying hard not to get my hopes up too much). I can't wait to see all the flowers blooming everywhere!

I'm looking forward to doing this again daily. Trust me I have some great ideas for some future posts!

Paris vs. New York

I just had to share these comparisons of my two favorite cities! These cute prints started off as a blog called  Paris vs. NYC  by french artist and graphic designer Vahram Muratyan who recently moved to New York. My favorite one is the taxi one! Anyone who has spent any time in Paris can relate to the frustrating experience of trying to get a cab especially when you are used to how easy it is to get a taxi in NYC.

Jet Set Style

 I just has to share this amazing private jet featured on Veranda Interiors. Its a 737 for 13 people (a plane that can normally accommodate 120 passengers)! It was designed by Alberto Pinto for an Australian bachelor. It looks like this guy is really flying in style.

I am not really a big fan of flying (but the enjoyment I get out of traveling more than makes up for being miserable on the plane). But, I really think I could tolerate flying in this snazzy jet. I'm off to dream of all the fabulous places I would go if I had a jet of my own!

Happy New Year and January Inspirations

I've taken a little break from blogging to enjoy my time back in America and spend the Holidays with my family. I hope you all had a fabulous New Year full of friends, alcohol, and fun! Here are my January Inspirations, enjoy!

As you can see I'm loving the layered bracelet look and am hoping in incorporate that into my wardrobe, along with the easy breezy look of jeans and flowy tops.
