So, for my first post back I'm going to share some random musings and inspirations I've had of late. Get excited!!
These are two of the books I've been perusing recently. I've taken some Physique 57 classes and really loved them, I wanted the book to help be figure out correct form and inspire my everyday workouts. And Gwyneth is obviously a constant inspiration for me, I'm hoping to cook some of her recipes in the next few weeks.
I made this delicious looking smoothie this morning as some pre running fuel.
I know I'm late to the game with this song, but I love it. I've had it on repeat anytime I'm driving.
This message is always worth keeping in mind.
And finally, I woke up this morning and it seems like spring has sprung (I'm trying hard not to get my hopes up too much). I can't wait to see all the flowers blooming everywhere!
I'm looking forward to doing this again daily. Trust me I have some great ideas for some future posts!
